Vouchers are special codes that, once a player enters and redeems them, grant a specific product from your store — for free. They work great as contest prizes, gifts for active players, compensation for server downtime, or promotional giveaways handed out on Discord.

How vouchers work

Every voucher is tied to one product. When a player redeems the code, they receive exactly that product — just as if they had bought it, and the product’s commands run on the server automatically. You can create a single individual code, or generate an entire batch of random codes to give away at once.
A voucher always grants the chosen product. If you want to give away different products, create separate vouchers for each one.
The server the reward goes to is taken automatically from the product — you don’t choose it separately. Just pick the product, and the voucher will work on the same server the product is assigned to.

The “Vouchers” page — the list of codes

When you open the Vouchers section (the Marketing category in the menu), you’ll see a list of all the codes you’ve created. This is your main management view. At the top there’s a header with a New voucher button that opens the creation screen. For each voucher, the table shows four columns plus a status:

Code

The code itself, the one the player types in, shown in a clear font. This is the value you pass along (e.g. paste it on Discord).

Product

The name of the product that will be granted when the voucher is redeemed.

Server

The server where the voucher takes effect and the reward is delivered (the same one the product is assigned to).

Expires

The code’s validity date. If a voucher has no expiry, you’ll see a dash () here — which means the code is valid indefinitely.

Voucher status

In the last visible column, every voucher has a colored status badge so you can tell at a glance what state it’s in:

Active

The voucher is ready to use — a player can enter the code and claim the reward. The badge is green.

Used

The code has already been redeemed by a player and won’t work again. The badge is gray (neutral).

Inactive

The voucher is temporarily disabled and can’t be redeemed. The badge is orange (warning).
Each voucher can be redeemed only once. After redemption its status changes to Used and the code stops working — a safeguard that makes sure one reward reaches one person.

Deleting a voucher

On the right side of each row there’s a trash icon. Clicking it opens a window asking “Delete voucher?” — the code is only removed after you confirm with the Delete button. This action can’t be undone.
Deletion is permanent. If you delete an active code that someone has already shared (e.g. in an announcement), no one will be able to redeem it. It’s better to delete expired codes or ones created by mistake.
Vouchers can’t be edited — you can’t change the code, the product, or the expiry date after creating it. If something’s off, delete the voucher and create a new one. If you work as a team, only people with the right permissions see the delete button and the create button — a collaborator without them will see the list, but can’t create or delete codes.

When you don’t have any vouchers yet

If the list is empty, you’ll see a “No vouchers” message with a hint to create a single voucher or generate a whole batch. That’s normal at the start — just click New voucher.

Creating a voucher step by step

Click New voucher in the list header. A separate creator screen opens, with a Back to list button at the top in case you want to back out.
A voucher must grant some product. If you don’t have any product in your store yet, you’ll see a “No products” message along with an Add product button. First add at least one product in the Products section, then come back here.
1

Choose a product

Across the full width of the screen you’ll see a grid of cards with your products — each one shows the product name, its price, and a gift icon. Click the card for the product you want to grant when the voucher is redeemed. This is the first and most important choice — it determines what the player receives (and which server the reward goes to).
2

Configure the voucher

After you pick a product, a summary of the selected product appears at the top (with a Change product button in case you change your mind), and below it a toggle with two options: Single voucher and Batch of vouchers. Pick a mode and fill in the fields.
3

Save

Click the save button at the bottom of the form (Create voucher or Generate batch). On success you’ll see a confirmation, and the panel takes you back to the list with the new codes.
Choosing a product is like opening a “drawer” — the product and its server become locked in the form, so you don’t have to specify them a second time. This makes sure the reward ends up in the right place. Want a different product? Click Change product at the top.

Single voucher

Choose this option when you need one specific code — for example, a prize for a contest winner or compensation for a single player.

Code (optional)

You can enter your own, easy-to-remember code, e.g. REWARD2026. If you leave this field empty, a code is generated automatically.

Expires (optional)

Set a date and time after which the voucher stops working. You pick them from a handy calendar field. Leave it empty to keep the code valid indefinitely.

Rules for a custom code

If you enter your own code, it has to follow a few simple rules:
  • Between 4 and 12 characters.
  • Only uppercase letters (A–Z) and digits (0–9) are allowed — no spaces, accented characters, hyphens, or lowercase letters.
Examples of valid codes: SUMMER, REWARD2026, VIP100. If you type something outside these rules, the panel points it out right away and asks you to fix it.
A custom code works great in campaigns and announcements — it’s easier for players to remember SUMMER than a random string of characters. Come up with codes that fit the occasion: HALLOWEEN, BIRTHDAY, COMPENSATION.
The code must be unique within your store. If you try to create a voucher with a code that already exists, the panel lets you know and won’t save a duplicate. Just change the code to a different one.

Batch of vouchers

Choose this option when you want to generate many codes at once — perfect for giving away on Discord, in giveaways, or in reward packs for lots of people.

Number of vouchers

Enter how many codes to create — from 1 to 100. Each one will be unique and random. In a batch you can’t set custom code names.

Expires (optional)

Just like with a single voucher — set a date and time after which all the codes in the batch will stop being valid. Leave it empty to make them indefinite.
After generating, you’ll see a confirmation with the exact number of codes created (e.g. “Generated 50 vouchers”), and all the new codes appear on the list.
In a batch, codes are always random. If you care about a specific, “nice” code name, use the Single voucher option.
You can create up to 100 codes in a single batch. Need more? Just generate another batch — you can repeat this as many times as you like.

How a player redeems a voucher

The code itself is only half the job — the player needs somewhere to enter it. On your store website there’s a voucher redemption page where the player goes, enters their details, and claims the reward. It all happens automatically, without any involvement from you.
1

The player enters their nickname

In the In-game nickname field they enter their in-game name (e.g. Steve). The page immediately shows a preview of the character’s head next to it, so you can tell the nickname is correct.
2

The player enters the code

In the Voucher code field they paste the code they received. The field automatically converts letters to uppercase and enforces the format (4–12 characters, letters and digits).
3

The player clicks "Redeem voucher"

After a moment, a “Voucher redeemed!” message appears, letting them know the reward has been assigned to the player, along with an order number. The reward arrives in the game the same way it would with a normal purchase.
Redeemed vouchers create a normal order in your store — you’ll find them in the Orders section. This gives you a full trail of who claimed a reward and when.
Along with the code, give players a link to the redemption page — the easiest way is to copy it from your store website and paste it into the announcement. Without it, a player might not know where to enter the code.

Frequently asked questions

No. Each voucher works once — after redemption its status changes to Used and the code stops working. If you want to reward many people, generate a batch of codes.
First, look at the voucher’s status on the list. Active means the code is ready. Used — someone has already redeemed it. Inactive — the voucher is disabled. Also check the date in the Expires column: once it’s passed, the code can no longer be redeemed.
In a batch, codes are generated at random so it’s easy to create many at once and keep them unique. If you care about a specific name, use the Single voucher option.
No — vouchers can’t be edited. If something’s off, delete the old code and create a new one with the correct settings.
The one the selected product is assigned to. The server is taken automatically — you don’t have to (and can’t) choose it separately when creating a voucher from the product list.
Unfortunately not. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. If the code was still unused, just create a new one — ideally with the same code players already know (as long as it was a single voucher).

Best practices

  • Product first, then voucher — a voucher can’t be created without a product in the store. Make sure the product has the correct commands (do a test purchase!), because the voucher runs exactly those same commands.
  • Codes to match the occasion — a custom code like SUMMER or BIRTHDAY is easier to remember and fits the announcement. Leave random batch codes for mass giveaways.
  • Set an expiry date for time-limited campaigns — that way the code stops working on its own after the promotion and no one can redeem it “after the fact”.
  • Hand out batches, not single codes — when you’re rewarding many players at once, one batch of 50–100 codes saves a ton of clicking.
  • Include the redemption link — always give players the address of the page where they’ll enter the code. A code on its own, without instructions, leads to questions.
  • Test before the campaign — create one test voucher and redeem it yourself. You’ll confirm the right product reaches the right server.
  • Clean up expired codes — every now and then, delete old, used, or expired vouchers to keep the list readable.
