Switching between and listing your shops

With a single ItemShop.dev account you can run not just one but several shops at once. That’s handy if you have a few servers, run a separate shop for each network, or want to prepare a new project without mixing it up with the one that’s already live. On this page we’ll show you how to switch between shops, where to find the list of them, and how to set up another shop step by step.

Why run several shops

Each shop is completely separate. It has its own products, its own orders, its own servers, its own look, and its own settings. Nothing gets mixed together, and you manage it all from one shared account — you log in once and have access to all of your shops.

Have more than one Minecraft server? You can give each one its own shop with its own offer.

Separate brands

Run different networks under different names? Keep them in separate shops so nothing gets mixed up.

Safe testing

Want to try something out? Set up a new shop and experiment without touching the one that’s already earning.

The shop icon bar on the left

On the left side of the panel, right at the edge of the screen, there’s a narrow bar of icons. This is your quick navigation between shops — it works much like the server list in Discord.

Icon at the top

At the very top of the bar there’s an icon that takes you to the shop picker (the full “Your shops” list). You click it whenever you want to see all of your shops in one place.

Your shops

Below it you’ll see square icons — one for each shop. Each icon shows the first letters of the shop’s name, so it’s easy to recognize.

Active shop

The shop you’re currently working in is highlighted in the accent color, with a small vertical line next to it. This always tells you which shop you’re managing right now.

The + button

At the very bottom of the shop list there’s a plus button — a shortcut for setting up another, new shop.
Switching shops from the icon bar is “smart”: if you happen to be on the Products page in one shop and click another shop, the panel will try to open the same section in the new shop. You don’t have to go looking for it again.
At the bottom of the bar you’ll find two more icons that aren’t tied to a specific shop: a shortcut to the documentation (these very guides) and to your account settings.

The “Your shops” list

When you click the top icon on the bar, the Your shops page opens. This is the full view of every shop on your account, laid out one below another.
  • Each shop has its own card with its name and address (the short identifier shown in the link).
  • Clicking a card opens the chosen shop’s dashboard right away — you go straight to managing it.
  • In the top-right corner there’s a “New shop” button that launches the wizard for setting up another shop.
  • At the top there’s also a “Back to panel” link, in case you want to go back without switching shops.
If you don’t have any shop yet, instead of the list you’ll see a “No shops” message with an invitation and a button to create your first one. That’s normal at the very start — a single click is all it takes to get going.

Setting up another shop

You can set up a new shop in two ways — both lead to the same wizard:

The fastest route — the plus button at the bottom of the icon bar on the left.

The "New shop" button

On the “Your shops” page in the top-right corner. Handy when you’re browsing your shops.
The wizard walks you through four simple steps, and at the top you’ll see a progress bar showing how much is left. For now you can skip any step and come back to it later.

Shop name and address

Enter a shop name — usually this is the name of your server. Based on it, a unique identifier is suggested automatically (lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens), which forms your shop’s address. You can change it by hand. Optionally you can also provide your own website address if you already have one.
The identifier fills in on its own as you type the name — but once you edit it by hand, the wizard stops overwriting it. Pick something short and clear, because it’s hard to change later.

Look template

Choose a starting template for your page from the ready-made styles — including dark and light themes in various colors. It’s just a starting point: you’ll fine-tune everything later in the Page Editor.

First server

Add the Minecraft server where purchases should be delivered. You do this without leaving the wizard — you enter the server details right there in its window. You can skip this step and add a server later.

Payment method

Choose a payment provider and set it up so you can take payments from players. This step can also be skipped and filled in at any time in the Payment providers section.

First product

Add your first product — a rank, an item, or a package that players will be able to buy. To create a product, you first need at least one server.
Once you’ve gone through all the steps, you’ll see a “Done!” screen with congratulations and a button that takes you straight to your new shop’s dashboard. After the shop is created, you’ll also get some confetti — a sign that it all worked. 🎉
You don’t have to fill everything in right away. At this stage you can skip the server, payments, and product, and come back to them when you’re ready. The shop is created after the very first step — the rest is just configuring it.

What sets one shop apart from another

It’s worth remembering that shops are completely independent of one another. A change in one doesn’t affect the others.

Separate products

Each shop has its own offer. A rank added in one shop won’t show up in another.

Separate orders

Players’ purchases and sales statistics are counted separately for each shop.

Separate servers

The servers that items are delivered to are assigned separately for each shop.

Separate look and settings

Template, colors, texts, payments, and all the other settings are independent for each shop.

Owner vs. invited person

On the bar and on the “Your shops” list, you see all the shops you have access to — not just the ones you set up yourself.

Your own shop

The shop you created in the wizard belongs to you. You have full control: products, payments, settings, inviting people, and deleting the shop.

A shop you joined

If someone invited you to their shop, it will also appear on your list. You help manage it to the extent the owner granted you.
Got an invitation to someone else’s shop? If you don’t have any of your own yet, the welcome screen has a field where you paste the invite link or code and click “Join”. The shop appears on your list right away. You can read about inviting people to your own shop in the Team section.

Frequently asked questions

You can run many shops on one account. You set each one up with the same wizard, and each one works independently of the others.
No. You log in once and switch between shops with a single click on the icon bar on the left or on the “Your shops” list.
You can change the name and basic details in that shop’s Settings section. It’s worth thinking carefully about the identifier in the address from the start, because it’s what forms the link to your shop.
You can skip every step of the wizard except the first, and come back to the configuration later from within the panel. The shop itself is created as soon as you provide a name.

Best practices

  • One shop = one goal — don’t cram the offers of several servers into one shop. Separate shops are clearer for players and easier to manage.
  • Clear names — give your shops names you’ll easily recognize from their initials on the icon bar. That way you won’t mix up which one you’re working in.
  • Check the active shop — before adding a product or changing settings, look at which shop is highlighted. This stops you from making changes in the wrong place.
  • Test on a separate shop — new ideas are best tried out on a separate shop, without touching the one that’s already selling.
  • Server first, then products — to add a product, the shop needs at least one server. Start with that.
