Describe what you want to do, and the AI Assistant will suggest ready-made actions for you to approve.
The AI Assistant is your helper inside the panel. Instead of hunting for the right sections and filling in forms yourself, you can simply describe in your own words what you want to achieve — and the assistant will prepare ready-made actions for you to approve.
The AI Assistant opens from a button in the bottom-right corner of the panel.
The AI Assistant is always within reach — it’s the button labeled “AI Assistant” in the bottom-right corner of the panel, marked with a sparkles icon. Click it to open the chat window. When the chat is open, the button shows an x — click it again (or the x in the window header) to close the chat and get back to work. The chat window “floats” above the panel and doesn’t take up space from your content.
The assistant always works on the current shop — the one you currently have open in the panel. Its name is shown in the chat window header, so you always know which shop the actions apply to. Everything the assistant does affects that specific shop.
Only people who have permission to edit the shop can see the assistant. If you work as a team and a colleague only has view access, the assistant button simply won’t appear for them. As the owner, you always see it.
Before you type anything, the chat window shows three things to help you get started:
A short note
Right at the top there’s a note explaining that the assistant uses external AI, its content may be inaccurate (it’s worth checking before you publish), and that every action applies to the current shop and requires your approval.
Quick actions
A grid of shortcuts to the most common panel sections. One click takes you there — no typing.
Examples
Ready-made command suggestions. Click any of them and the assistant gets to work right away — you don’t have to type a thing.
These are tiles that, with a single click, close the chat and take you straight to the chosen panel section. You’ll find eight of the most frequently used places here:
Below the quick actions you’ll find a few ready-made commands you can click instead of typing them out. It’s a great way to get a feel for what the assistant can do. The example prompts include things like:
“Add a VIP rank for $19.99 with a short description”
“Write a catchy description for the MVP rank”
“Create a -20% discount code named SUMMER”
“Suggest 3 product ideas for the shop”
Clicking a suggestion works exactly as if you’d typed it yourself — the assistant gets to work on it right away. It’s the fastest way to see how the whole thing works before you come up with your own command.
Click the AI Assistant button in the bottom-right corner of the panel.
2
Describe what you want to do
Write in your own words what you need — for example “create a VIP rank product for 19.99” or “write a description for this rank”. You don’t need to know any technical names or how the menu is laid out. Send your message with the arrow button or the Enter key (and Shift + Enter moves to a new line without sending).
3
Wait for the reply
The assistant analyzes your request — while it does, you’ll see the message “The assistant is working…”. After a moment it replies and — if it fits your request — suggests a specific action.
4
Review the suggestion
The suggested action appears as a highlighted card with an exact preview: what precisely will be created or changed (name, price, content, and so on). That way you know what you’re agreeing to before you click.
5
Approve or reject
Nothing happens automatically. The action is carried out only after you approve it. If something doesn’t look right — click Reject and ask the assistant to change it.
6
The assistant does the job
Once you approve, the assistant carries out the action in your shop, shows a brief confirmation, and — when creating a product, server, or discount code — automatically takes you to the relevant section so you can check the result.
The assistant “remembers” the entire conversation in a given window, so you can work step by step — for example, first ask for a product, then ask to change the price, and finally ask for a description. It also knows your current products and servers, so it can refer to them (for example, write a description for a rank you already have).
When the assistant suggests an action, it doesn’t carry it out right away. Instead, it shows a preview card — a clear summary of what it intends to do. Depending on the type of action, you’ll see different fields:
Creating a product
On the card you’ll see the Name, Price, Server, a short Description, and the Delivery command (if the assistant prepared one). At the bottom there’s a Status field: if the command is ready, the product is created as active — ready for sale; if the command is missing, it’s created as a draft (inactive) and you’ll need to fill in the command in the panel before the product starts working.
Creating a server
You’ll see the server’s Name and Address. A server is needed before you can add your first product — the assistant can set one up for you.
Creating a discount code
The card shows the Code (e.g. SUMMER), the size of the Discount (percentage or fixed amount), and the Scope — whether the discount covers the whole shop, selected servers, or selected products. The assistant fills in sensible defaults (such as a usage limit and an expiry date), which you can then fine-tune in the Discount codes section.
Setting a shop announcement
You’ll see the Content of the announcement. Once approved, it appears as a banner at the top of your shop page — great for announcing promotions or news.
Sending an announcement to Discord
You’ll see the Content of the message that will be sent to your Discord server. For this to work, the shop needs a configured connection to Discord (you set it up in the shop settings).
Going to a section
Sometimes the assistant doesn’t create anything and instead offers to take you to the right section of the panel. In that case the card shows the name of the destination, and the button is labeled “Go”.
The approval button matches the type of action — for a product you’ll see “Approve and create”, for a shop announcement “Set announcement”, for Discord “Send to Discord”, and for going to a section simply “Go”. Next to it there’s always a Reject option.
The assistant understands commands described in plain language and turns them into ready-made actions. Here’s everything it can help with:
Creating products
Say, for example, “create a VIP rank for 19.99”, and the assistant will prepare a new product with the given name and price — ready to approve.
Adding servers
If you don’t have a server yet, the assistant can set one up — it’s a requirement for adding your first product.
Writing descriptions
Ask for a product description, and the assistant will suggest ready-made text that you can accept or tweak.
Discount codes
Ask to create a discount code — for a specific discount, occasion, or selected products — and the assistant will prepare it for you to approve.
Shop announcements
Ask to set up an announcement (banner) that customers visiting your shop will see.
Discord announcements
The assistant can send an announcement to your Discord server — for example, news about a new promotion.
Ideas and advice
Ask for product ideas, a tip on how to set something up, or a short explanation — the assistant will answer.
Quick jumps
The assistant will take you straight to the right section of the panel whenever that’s what you need.
The assistant doesn’t just carry out actions — you can also simply have a conversation with it. If you ask a question that no action fits, you’ll just get a text reply (with bold text, lists, and links where they’re helpful), without a card to approve.
When you ask to create a product but the assistant doesn’t have a delivery command from you (that is, the command the server runs after a purchase), it creates the product as a draft (inactive). Such a product is saved, but hidden from players.
A draft product won’t sell until you fill in the command and enable it in the Products panel. This is a safeguard: thanks to it, it can never happen that a player pays and gets nothing. After the assistant creates a product, go to the Products section, add the command, and set the product to active.
If you give the assistant the command right away (for example, “create a VIP rank for 19.99, command: lp user {PLAYER} parent add vip”), the product can be created as active straight away. Even so, it’s worth making a test purchase before you announce it to players.
Clear the chat — in the window header (once the conversation has at least one message) a trash-can icon appears. Clicking it deletes the entire conversation and returns you to the start screen with the quick actions. Handy when you want to start a fresh topic.
Close the chat — the x icon in the header (or clicking the assistant button again) hides the window. The conversation stays — when you open the chat again, you’ll come back to the same place, until you clear it.
You always have the final say. The assistant never makes changes on its own.
Every action requires your approval. Until you confirm, nothing in the shop changes. If a suggestion doesn’t suit you — click Reject or simply don’t approve it.
Always check AI-generated content before you publish it. The assistant is great at preparing text or settings, but you know your shop best — read the description, check the price, and make sure everything’s right before customers see it.
The “AI Assistant” button is in the bottom-right corner of every panel page. If you don’t see it, your account in this shop probably has view access only, without edit rights — the assistant only appears to people who can make changes. Ask the shop owner for the right permission in the Team section.
The assistant created a product, but it's not in the shop.
Most likely it was created as a draft (inactive) — because it had no delivery command. Go to the Products section, open that product, fill in the command, and switch it to active.
Can I undo an action I approved?
The assistant doesn’t have an “undo” button, but everything it creates you can normally change or delete in the relevant panel section — for example, delete a wrong product in Products or change the announcement in the settings. That’s why it’s best to check the suggestion card carefully before approving.
The Discord announcement didn't arrive.
Sending to Discord only works when the shop has a configured connection to your Discord server. Check the shop settings — if there’s no connection, add it first and then send your request again.
Does the assistant know my current products and servers?
Yes. In every conversation it looks at the list of your servers and products, so it can refer to them — for example, write a description for a rank you already have, or match a discount code to a specific product.
Why does it say the content may be inaccurate?
The assistant uses external artificial intelligence, which can sometimes get details wrong (for example, a price or the wording of a description). That’s why you should always check the suggestion card and the ready-made text before you approve or publish it.
Write in your own way — you don’t have to write “perfectly”. Describe your goal in plain words, for example “make a -20% promotion for the weekend” or “add a Premium rank for 29.99”.
The more details, the better — give the name, price, and key information, and the suggestion will be more accurate.
Always read the suggestion card — it’s your last chance to catch a mistake before the action is carried out.
Fill in the commands for draft products — a product without a command won’t sell; add the command and enable it in the Products panel.
Check AI text — it’s worth reading descriptions and announcements before publishing; you know your shop best.
Work step by step — you can run the conversation in stages: first the product, then the description, and finally the discount code.
Make a test purchase — after the assistant creates a product, check in-game that the purchase is delivered correctly before you announce it to players.
