Your shop has two promotional tools: discount codes, which lower the purchase price, and vouchers, which a player redeems for a specific product without paying. Codes work well for promotions; vouchers for contest prizes, gifts and compensation.

Create a discount code

1

Enter the code

Uppercase letters, digits, _ and -, up to 50 characters — e.g. SUMMER10. The code can’t be changed later.
2

Choose the scope

Entire store, Selected servers or Selected products (then select at least one item).
3

Set the discount

Percentage (max. 100) or fixed amount (subtracted from the price).
4

Set validity and limit

Expiration date and usage limit are required — they protect you from abuse.
5

Add conditions (optional)

Min. order value and max. discount amount. The code’s description is an internal note — players don’t see it.
6

Test it in the validator

Enter the code and a sample cart value. The validator shows the discount and final price, or the reason it was rejected (expired, limit reached, amount too low).

Example: summer promotion

Result: a 15 PLN cart — the code doesn’t apply (below the minimum); 100 PLN — 10 PLN off, the player pays 90 PLN; 500 PLN — the discount stops at 30 PLN, the player pays 470 PLN.

Pausing and editing

To pause a promotion, turn off Active when editing — settings and the usage counter are kept. You can change scope, value, dates, limits and conditions; not the code itself. Deleting a code is irreversible.
A code may not work even though it’s active if the product’s server has Allow discount codes turned off (see Servers) or the chosen payment method has Block promo codes turned on (see Payments).
A 100% code brings the amount to zero — the order skips the payment gateway and goes straight to the plugin. It’s the easiest way to make a test purchase without a payment provider.

Create vouchers

A voucher is always linked to one product. The server that receives the reward comes from the product. The player gets the product as if they had bought it — the same commands run.
1

Choose a product

You need at least one product with working commands.
2

Choose a mode

Single voucher — one code, your own or generated. Batch — 1 to 100 random codes at once.
3

Set an expiration date (optional)

Without a date the voucher never expires. In a batch, the date applies to all codes.
4

Share codes with a link

Along with the code, give players the link to the voucher redemption page of your shop.
A custom single-voucher code must be 4–12 characters, uppercase letters A–Z and digits 0–9 only, and unique in your shop — e.g. PRIZE2026. Batch codes are always random; need more than 100 — generate another batch.

How a player redeems a voucher

The player opens the redemption page of your shop, enters their nickname and the code, and after confirming gets an order number. A regular order with a price of 0 appears in the panel, and the plugin fulfills it like any other. These orders are not counted in revenue or sales statistics.
Vouchers only work on servers with Allow vouchers turned on. If a player says a code doesn’t work, check its status, expiration date and this toggle.
