# Store Premium

> Free and Pro plans: limits, purchase, subscription, and access-period management.

Every store starts on the **Free** plan. The only paid tier is **Pro** at **PLN 19.99 per 30 days**. A plan belongs to one specific store, not to the whole account.

## One-time purchase

Choose **1, 3, 6, or 12 months**. The dashboard shows the full total before redirecting you. You select the available payment channel on the configured provider's page; the dashboard does not promise a channel that is not active on ItemShop's merchant account.

    ItemShop activates or extends Pro after receiving a valid, signed payment confirmation. Do not close the provider page before the payment finishes.

## Subscription

The subscription option appears only when the active platform gateway actually implements mandate registration and later recurring charges. When available, its monthly price is **25% lower**. If the provider adapter cannot perform secure recurring charges, the dashboard offers one-time purchases only.

Cancel a subscription under **Manage plan**. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, while Pro remains active until the paid period ends. For an overdue charge, the dashboard shows `past_due` and the current access end date.

## Plan usage

The **Plan usage** tab shows the current number of servers, products, payment methods, and team members. When Pro expires, the store returns to Free limits. Existing data is not deleted automatically, but creating another resource above a limit is blocked until you remove the excess or reactivate Pro.

## Before you buy

* the purchase applies only to the store shown on the Premium screen;
* the plan activates only after ItemShop verifies the provider webhook;
* payment availability depends on an active, complete ItemShop platform-gateway configuration;
* if the provider returns no payment URL, no charge is made and the dashboard shows an error;
* price, period, and renewal model are visible before you continue to the provider.
